Local family with hives. We sell raw, unfiltered honey.
Hello from Graber's Honey
My husband and I live in Joliet and raise our bees in the surrounding area. I work at the Red Lodge High School as one of the science teachers. Our honey is completely raw and all local. Honey does not go bad, but raw honey will crystallize. Crystallized honey can be easily re liquefied by placing the jar in hot water and letting it sit. However, if you leave it crystallized it makes less of mess when putting it in tea or coffee and still has the same great taste. We hope you enjoy our honey.
